Welcome to the page where you can find information to help you on your journey from Year 6 at your primary school to Year 7 at Trinity. Some of the information will also be useful if you are joining in another year.

First, please watch a short presentation which will give you some helpful information about Trinity.

Our next resource is Be Awesome, Go Big, a package to help Year 6 students transition into Year 7.  It is designed to be motivational, helpful and reassuring and to help young people feel valued, loved, encouraged and equipped for the journey ahead. It is a project from PiXL Club and Hachette Children’s Group and you can find it here.

Another useful resource to use with your child is from the Anna Freud Centre and can be found here.

We are also proud to present the Trinity Transition video - a brief introduction to our school site by Mr Cattell.
