The KS3 ICT & Computer Science curriculum marries skills and knowledge from the 3 national curriculum strands of Computer Science, Information Technology and Digital Literacy. With a key focus on e-safety throughout, pupils are challenged to become logical thinkers, explore their technological creativity and grow into enthusiastic programmers.
An engaging and challenging course which develops logical thinking and cultivates skills in technological creativity and programming. Pupils will acquire detailed knowledge and skills which as a result will enable them to achieve well and prepare them for the rigour of the breadth and depth of skill and knowledge required for KS4.

Key Stage 4
OCR Functional Skills in ICT Level 2
The Functional Skills course is a one unit practical course designed to improve employability in industry. Pupils will develop practical ICT skills they will need to use technology in life, study and work. They will acquire ICT skills and learn how to use them in real-life situations.
