Admissions & Appeals
All Bexley secondary schools, including Trinity, use a Common Application Form which is available from Bexley Council here.
For admission to Trinity School at any time, you must also complete the appropriate Supplementary Form (see below).
Please ensure you are using the correct forms for the relevant date of entry.
Forms are available to collect from the school or may be downloaded using the links below. They should be completed using black ink. There is no facility to return these forms electronically.
The forms should be returned to: Admissions Office, Trinity School, Erith Road, Belvedere, DA17 6HT.

Admissions Dates and Appeals Timetable 2022
Parents/guardians have the right to appeal if their child is not offered a place at the school. They should do so in writing to the Clerk to the Governors at the School (marking the envelope with Appeals), within 14 days of hearing that their child has not been allocated a place. An independent appeals panel will then be convened to hear the appeal.
15 March 2022:
Deadline for accepting or declining the offer of a place made on 01 March 2022
29 March 2022:

April – June 2022:
Appeals will be heard up to 40 school days after the deadline.
Appellants will receive at least 10 days notice of their appeal hearing.
Decision letters will be sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible.
Appeals will be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals - where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.
Will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.
Post 16 Appeals:
i) where the offer of a place would have been conditional on exam results, appeals will be heard within 30 school days of confirmation of those results;
ii) where the offer of a place would not have been conditional on exam results, appeals will be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals.
