School Catering/Online Payments
Our online payment module allows parents more choice in how to pay for school items. Each family will have received a personalised letter with details of how to register to use the system.
Parents have the option to pay online by debit card for items such as school uniform, trips and visits, year books and examination fees. A separate system is in place for cashless catering in the Dining Hall.
Uniform bought on-line will be available for collection after school the next working day from Student Services. Proof of purchase will not be required but we may ask for a signature from the person collecting the item(s).
Simply log on via the link below, enter your security details and you will see a list of outstanding payment items for your child. You can choose which ones to pay and then enter your card details. The school gets an automatic update of all payments that have been made the next day and payment is routed to the school’s nominated bank account.

All pupils will have been given a letter containing details of how to open your online catering payments account. You are encouraged to use the PARENTPAY website to top-up your account and to only use the cash loading machine in school in an emergency. Reception, the Kitchen and the Finance Office are unable to provide change for the machine.
