    Bexley schools use a Common Application Form which is available from Bexley Council.

    For Trinity applications you should also apply to the school directly using the form(s) below.

    Please read carefully the information in our Admissions Policy 2016-17 if you are seeking admission for a child in the 2016-17 academic year.

    Forms are available to collect from the school or may be downloaded using the links. They should be completed using black ink. There is no facility to return these forms electronically.

    The forms should be returned to:

    If you are applying under criteria 1, 2, 3 or 5, you must ALSO complete and return the SUPPLEMENTARY FORM with your APPLICATION FORM. Fill in the name of your child and then give the form to your religious leader for completion and signing.

    We are required by law to publish our admissions policy for the 2018-19 school year, which you will find here, but applications are not yet being taken for September 2018 onwards.


    Appeals Timetable

     

    1 March 2017

     

    LA will send letters to parents by first class post advising outcome of application. Online applicants will receive an e-mail after 5pm.

     

    15 March 2017

    Deadline for accepting or declining the 1 March 2017 offer of a place to the LA.

    Mid-May

     

    Letter sent from Trinity School outlining the induction process including induction days

     

    29 March 2017

     

    Deadline for lodging an appeal against a decision not to offer a place at Trinity School – see timetable below.

     

    April – June 2017

     

    Appeals will be heard up to 40 school days after the 31 March deadline.

     

    Appellants will receive at least 10 days’ notice of their appeal hearing.

     

    Decision letters will be sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible.

     

    Late applicants

     

    Appeals will be heard up to 40 school days after the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

     

    Appeals submitted after the deadline

     

    Will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

    In-Year Appeals

     

    Will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

    Post-16 Appeals

    i) where the offer of a place would have been conditional on exam results, appeals must be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

     

    ii) where the offer of a place would not have been conditional on exam results, appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals.
