Jack Petchey Award Scheme
Trinity School has just launched the Jack Petchey Award scheme.
This is a community award and there are six awards for the remainder of this academic year. The awards for February and March are for the Sixth Form and Year 11.
From Friday 7th March nomination forms will be available for these two year groups in the main reception, alongside a nominations box. Nominations can come from pupils, parents, staff and governors. The deadline for the first two awards is the 28th March.
Pupils' nominations are for community achievement - in school or the local area, not academic achievement.
The winner of each month's awards will personally recieve a framed certificate, pin badge and will attend a Borough ceremony where the will be presented with a cased bronze medallion with the Borough's other winners.
As this is a community award, the recipient will also be given funds to help develop a project within the school - a real opportunity to create your own legacy.
